It’s official: Risha Wellness has begun.

After years of soul work, heartbreak, healing, and rebuilding from the ground up, not just in business, but in life. I can finally say the vision is no longer a dream. It’s real. It’s here. It’s happening. Risha Wellness has stepped into the world, not as a trend or a product, but as a living, breathing offering rooted in devotion, presence, and truth.

This isn’t just a brand launch. It’s a personal declaration. A reclaiming. A reawakening of everything I’ve lived through and everything I’m here to give. Risha Wellness is more than a wellness practice. It’s the home I never had. It’s the system I wish existed when I was lost. It’s the healing I prayed for when I didn’t think healing was possible. And now, it’s open to serve others.

Risha Wellness weaves together movement, massage, meditation, and meaning. Not just to help people relax, but to help them return. Return to their bodies. Return to their worth. Return to joy, strength, and trust in their own capacity to heal. It’s modern. It’s grounded. But it’s also soulful and emotionally alive. Because that’s who I am. And that’s what I believe healing should feel like personal, powerful, and real.

This journey began with a sunflower. With the way it turns toward the light, no matter what. With the belief that joy is not a luxury, but a necessity. With the love of my wife, who planted the seeds. And with the laughter of my daughter, who reminded me why I keep going. All of that, every bit of it, is inside this work.
